目的 观察银杏叶复方制剂对老龄小鼠的抗氧化作用.方法 老龄小鼠40只,随机分成老龄对照组,银杏叶单方制剂组,银杏叶复方制剂高、低剂量组,每组10只.另10只标准体重小鼠作青年对照组.老龄对照组和青年对照组均给予等体积蒸馏水,各用药组连续灌胃给药10 d.末次给药后1 h,采血分离血清,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果 与老龄对照组比较,银杏叶复方制剂高、低剂量组和单方制剂组均可明显提高老龄小鼠血清中SOD活性,降低MDA含量.银杏叶复方制剂高剂量组提高SOD活性的强度大于低剂量组和单方制剂组(P<0.05).结论 银杏叶复方制剂具有抗氧化作用且呈现一定的量-效关系,处方中的银杏叶提取物与野葛根提取物成分具有一定的协同药效作用.

목적 관찰은행협복방제제대노령소서적항양화작용.방법 노령소서40지,수궤분성노령대조조,은행협단방제제조,은행협복방제제고、저제량조,매조10지.령10지표준체중소서작청년대조조.노령대조조화청년대조조균급여등체적증류수,각용약조련속관위급약10 d.말차급약후1 h,채혈분리혈청,검측초양화물기화매(SOD)활성급병이철(MDA)함량.결과 여노령대조조비교,은행협복방제제고、저제량조화단방제제조균가명현제고노령소서혈청중SOD활성,강저MDA함량.은행협복방제제고제량조제고SOD활성적강도대우저제량조화단방제제조(P<0.05).결론 은행협복방제제구유항양화작용차정현일정적량-효관계,처방중적은행협제취물여야갈근제취물성분구유일정적협동약효작용.
Objective To study the effects of compound Ginaton on SOD activity and MDA content in blood serum of aging mice.Methods 40 aging mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: aging group, positive control group (tablet Ginaton), high and low dose of compound Ginaton groups, 10 mice each group. Other 10 normal mice, weight of 18~22g, were taken as youth control group. Both aging group and youth control group were administered equal distilled water. After administration for 10 days, serum of each mice in all groups was separated from the whole blood of eyeball arteries, and its SOD activity and MDA contents were detected respectively. Results SOD activity in blood serum was significantly higher in positive control group, high and low dose of compound Ginaton groups than that in aging control group mice. On the contrary, MDA content in blood serum of aging group was the highest among all groups. SOD activity in high dose of compound Ginaton group was significantly higher than those in low dose of compound Ginaton group and positive control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Ginaton has the action of antioxidation and this action has an obvious dose-effect relationship. It also shows the synergism between the two main compositions of compound Ginaton.
