采用微乳液法制备了海藻酸铁微粒,并探索了表面活性剂用量、原料投量比、搅拌速度和时间等各种因素对海藻酸铁微粒粒径及形态的影响.研究结果表明,在表面活性剂质量与石油醚的体积比为1 : 5(g/mL)、海藻酸钠浓度2.0%、搅拌时间为3h以及搅拌速度为1000r/min的条件下,制得了平均粒径为9.25μm的海藻酸铁微粒.
採用微乳液法製備瞭海藻痠鐵微粒,併探索瞭錶麵活性劑用量、原料投量比、攪拌速度和時間等各種因素對海藻痠鐵微粒粒徑及形態的影響.研究結果錶明,在錶麵活性劑質量與石油醚的體積比為1 : 5(g/mL)、海藻痠鈉濃度2.0%、攪拌時間為3h以及攪拌速度為1000r/min的條件下,製得瞭平均粒徑為9.25μm的海藻痠鐵微粒.

The ferrous alginate (Fe-Alg) microparticles were prepared via the microemulsion system.The effect of several factors such as the concentration of sodium alginate, the amount of surface-active agent, stirring speed and stirring time on the diameter and shape of the micropartichs were investigated.It is found that the diameter of the Fe-Alg microparticles can be 9.25μm when the concentration of Na-Alg is 2.0%, the ratio of surface-active agent and petroleum ether is 1 : 5 (g/mL) ,the stirring speed is 1000r/min,and the stirring time is 3h.
