微波在冶金研究领域就迅速发展,并不断扩展其应用范围。利用软锰矿与煤粉吸收微波能力强的特点,实验研究微波加热还原低品位软锰矿的效果。结果表明,添加10%煤粉微波加热至500℃反应30min软锰矿的还原率达到94%以上,实现锰浸出浸出率高,铁浸出率低。

Microwave is rapidly developing in the metallurgical research area and expanding its scope of application. The use of manganese ore and coal has strong microwave absorption characteristics in the experimental, the study of microwave heating can effectively restore low-grade pyrolusite. The results show that the addition of 10% coal microwave, heating to 500℃ in 30min, low-grade pyrolusite ore reductionreaction rate of 94% or more. It can achieve high rate of leaching manganese, and iron leaching rate.
