目的探索开展安全文化建设在临床护理用药管理中成效.方法创建安全文化的氛围;加强护理人员安全教育,工作流程和用药知识培训;建立临床用药安全管理质量评价标准和风险预案;对发生差错事故进行研究,制定防范措施.结果临床护理用药安全质量检查评分上升,护理用药不良事件发生率下降,与安全文化建设实施前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论在临床护理用药管理中开展安全文化建设,能培养护理人员的安全意识,提高知识水平,规范安全用药行为,控制和预防临床护理用药不良事件.

Objective Explore the safety culture in construction in the effectiveness of clinical nursing medication administration.Methods To create an atmosphere of safety culture; strengthen the nursing safety education,work processes,and medication knowledge training; The establishment of the quality of management of clinical drug safety evaluation standards and risk plans; error accidents that occurred undertaking research,developing preventive measures.Results Safety and quality checks of clinical care and medication score increased,care and medication decreased the incidence of adverse events,and safety culture in before the implementation of the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01).Conclusion In carrying out the management of clinical nursing medication safety culture in construction,can help to cultivate nursing staff safety awareness,improve knowledge,standardize safe medication behavior,control and prevention of adverse events of clinical care and medication.
