目的探讨应用游离尺动脉腕上皮支上行支皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的方法和效果.方法 2007年12月至2008年6月,应用游离尺动脉腕上皮支上行支皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损9例,皮瓣切取面积为4 cm ×2cm～7 cm×3 cm,2例带有部分尺侧腕屈肌腱,9例均以尺动脉腕上皮支上行支为血管蒂,血管全部采用端端吻合.结果 9例皮瓣全部存活,术后随访6～12个月,皮瓣外观及弹性良好,感觉恢复达S_3级以上.结论尺动脉腕上皮支上行支血管解剖恒定,皮瓣厚薄适中,操作简便,是修复手指中小面积软组织缺损的较好方法.

Objective To introduce a novel method of repairing soft tissue defect of the fingers by free transfer of the flap based on the ascending branch of ulnar artery above-wrist cutaneous branch and evaluate its results. Methods From December 2007 to June 2008, nine patients with soft tissue defect of the fingers were treated with the above-mentioned flap. The area of the flaps were 4cm×2cm to7cm×3 cm. In two cases a portion of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon was included in the flap. All 9 flaps were pedicled on the ascending branch of ulnar artery above-wrist cutaneous branch and vessel anastomosis was done in an end-to-end fashion. Results All the flaps survived. Postoperative follow-up ranged from 6 to 12 months. The appearance and texture of the flaps were good. Flap sensation recovered to S_3 or higher. Conclusion The ascending branch of ulnar artery above-wrist cutaneous branch has consistent anatomy. The flap based on this branch is thin and easy to harvest. It is a good method to repair small to medium size soft tissue defect of the fingers.
