首次报道柔弱短指软珊瑚(Sinula ria tenella Li.)的化学成分。从中国南海采集的柔弱短指软珊瑚中分离得到5个西松烯 二萜内酯。根据波谱数据分析,推导出它们的结构:dihydroflexibilide(1),flxibilide(2)sinulariolide(3),(1R,4R,5R,8S,9S,12S,13S)-9-acetoxy-5,8∶12,13-diepoxy-cembr-15(17 )-en-16,4-olide(4)和(1R,4R,5S 12S,13S)-5-acetoxy -12,13-epoxy-cembr-8E,15(17)-dien-16,3-olide(5) 。还利用1H-1H COSY,HMQC,HBMC二维谱首次对dihydroflexibilide(1)所有的1H NMR和13C NMR信号归属作了指定。测定了1 、2和3的细胞毒性。

The chemical constituents of marine soft coral Si nularia tenella Li. collected from Hainan Sanya are reported herein for the fir st time. Five cembrenolides ,i. e., dihydroflexibilide,flxibilide ,sinulariol ide,(1R,4R,5R,8S,9S,12S,13S)-9-acetoxy-5,8∶12,13-diepoxy-cembr-15(17 )-en-16,4-olide and (1R,4R,5S,12S,13S)-5-acetoxy-12,13-epoxy-cembr- 8E,15(17)-dien-16,3-olide were isolated and identified by means of spectr oscopic method. Base on the 1H-1H COSY,HMQC and HBMC experiments, all the 1H NMR and the 13C NMR signals of dihydroflexibil ide were assigned for the first time in this paper.
