应用有限元模拟软件MARC对铝合金矩形管拉拔成形质量影响因素进行模拟仿真.对拉拔速度、模具人模角和摩擦因子三个工艺参数进行分析,通过比较等效塑性应变的分布、残余应力、拉拔载荷的影响规律以及成品管的尺寸精度,得到了较优的拉拔工艺方案.采用优化后的方案生产试制的成品管表面质量良好,尺寸合格,与模拟相吻合.

The FEM software MARC was used to investigate the influence of the related factors on the forming quality of aluminum rectangular tube. The optimization scheme was decided in view of equivalent plastic strain distribution, the influence law of residual stress and drawing load as well as the dimension accuracy of finished tube, in which the drawing velocity, drawing die semi-angle and friction coefficient were chosen as the optimization variables. The aluminum rectangular tubes produced by the optimation parameters have got perfect surface quality and eligible dimensions, they are in good agreement with the results of simulation.
