引入镍离子制备出新型固体超强酸Ni/SO42-SnO2,以该固体酸催化α-蒎烯水合反应制备α-松油醇,考察影响水合反应的因素,得到水合反应最适宜的条件为:n(α-蒎烯):n(-氯乙酸):n(H2O)=1:1:2,反应温度70℃,反应时间10 h,催化荆用量为α-蒎烯质量的6%.在该反应条件下,α-蒎烯转化率为100%,α-松油醇选择性为73.3%;与未添加Ni的固体超强酸Ni/SO42-SnO2相比表明,Ni的引入能明显提高催化剂在水合反应中的活性和选择性.
引入鎳離子製備齣新型固體超彊痠Ni/SO42-SnO2,以該固體痠催化α-蒎烯水閤反應製備α-鬆油醇,攷察影響水閤反應的因素,得到水閤反應最適宜的條件為:n(α-蒎烯):n(-氯乙痠):n(H2O)=1:1:2,反應溫度70℃,反應時間10 h,催化荊用量為α-蒎烯質量的6%.在該反應條件下,α-蒎烯轉化率為100%,α-鬆油醇選擇性為73.3%;與未添加Ni的固體超彊痠Ni/SO42-SnO2相比錶明,Ni的引入能明顯提高催化劑在水閤反應中的活性和選擇性.

The a-terpineol was synthesized by hydration reaction of α-pinene, catalyzed by solid superacid of nickel modified Ni/SO42-SnO2The influence factors of the hydration were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were that the molar ratio of α-pinene, chloroacetic acid to H2O was 1 , 1 :2, the optimum temperature was 70 ℃, the reaction time was 10 h, and the mass fraction of catalyst was 6% (relative to the weight of a-pinene). Under these conditions, the conversion of α-pinene was 100%, and the selectivity to a-terpineol was 73. 3%. The catalyst showed high catalytic activity and selectivity. The results showed that it could significantly increase the conversion and selectivity of a-pinene by adding nickel to the catalyst SO42-/SnO2.
