本文将常用于金属探伤的对射式涡流传感器应用于电解质溶液的电导率测量,对其信号处理电路进行了改进设计,提出了一种基于高速模拟乘法器的微弱涡流信号提取电路,并在分析系统等效电路和干扰途径的基础上提出了一种抑制干扰的方法.在此基础上,构建了一套电解质溶液电导率的非接触非侵入式测量系统.该系统结构简单,测量有效,其测量误差不超过1.5%(FS).
本文將常用于金屬探傷的對射式渦流傳感器應用于電解質溶液的電導率測量,對其信號處理電路進行瞭改進設計,提齣瞭一種基于高速模擬乘法器的微弱渦流信號提取電路,併在分析繫統等效電路和榦擾途徑的基礎上提齣瞭一種抑製榦擾的方法.在此基礎上,構建瞭一套電解質溶液電導率的非接觸非侵入式測量繫統.該繫統結構簡單,測量有效,其測量誤差不超過1.5%(FS).

In this paper,the opposite-type eddy current sensor frequently used in metal defect detection is introduced into the measurement of electrolyte solution conductivity.The existing signal processing circuit is improved.A weak signal pick up circuit based on a high-speed analog multiplier is'developed,and an interference suppressing method is proposed.As a result,a contactless non-invasive electrolyte solution conductivity measurement system is developed.This system has simple structure and effective performance,and the measurement error is less than 1.5%(FS).
