以HT200为实验材料,对其进行不同参数的激光热处理以获得硬化层;然后进行力学性能测试和组织分析.结果显示:硬化层的硬度和耐磨性分别是基体的4倍和2倍.

The layer heat treatment of HT200 was carried out with different parameters.Then,the mechanical properties were measured and the microstructure was analyzed.The results show that the hardness and wear resistance of the hardening layer are 4 times and 2 times those of the matrix,respectively.
