采用自行研制的非接触电导检测器,结合毛细管电泳技术,以10mmol/L的2-N-吗啡啉乙磺酸(MES)/L-组氨酸(L-His)为缓冲溶液,系统研究了缓冲溶液浓度、pH值、样品浓度对电渗流峰的变化规律.结果表明:随着样品KC1溶液的浓度的减小,电渗流峰出现由正峰逐渐变为负峰的现象,并结合非接触电导检测原理、L-His的特性和质子平衡方程进行了的解释.
採用自行研製的非接觸電導檢測器,結閤毛細管電泳技術,以10mmol/L的2-N-嗎啡啉乙磺痠(MES)/L-組氨痠(L-His)為緩遲溶液,繫統研究瞭緩遲溶液濃度、pH值、樣品濃度對電滲流峰的變化規律.結果錶明:隨著樣品KC1溶液的濃度的減小,電滲流峰齣現由正峰逐漸變為負峰的現象,併結閤非接觸電導檢測原理、L-His的特性和質子平衡方程進行瞭的解釋.

The influence of sample concentration and buffer solution on electroosmotic flow (EOF) was studied by capilly electrophoresis with contactless conductivity detection, in which 2-(N-Morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid L-histidine was used as the separation buffer solution. The EOF peak transfered from positive to negative with the decrease of the concentration of KCl solution. This phenomenon could be explained with the principle of contactless conductivity detection and proton ionization equilibria of L-His.
