[目的]考察芹菜素对肥胖型2型糖尿病小鼠模型(db/db小鼠)精、脂代谢和胰岛素抵抗的影响.[方法]12只db/db小鼠分正常饮食对照组(6只),芹菜素组(6只,每天灌服200 mg/kg芹菜素),并以db/db小鼠的标准对照(C57BL/KsJ小鼠,6只)为正常对照,实验共8周,观察体重、血糖、血脂水平、胰岛素敏感性及葡萄糖负荷后胰岛素水平的变化,并取内脏脂肪行H&E染色后进行组织学观察.[结果]芹菜素干预可显著防止db/db小鼠体重的增加,降低肥胖小鼠的空腹血糖水平,增加胰岛素敏感性,降低葡萄糖负荷后的胰岛素水平,与db/db对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05).[结论]芹菜素可防止肥胖型2型糖尿病小鼠的体重增加,改善糖、脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗.

[목적]고찰근채소대비반형2형당뇨병소서모형(db/db소서)정、지대사화이도소저항적영향.[방법]12지db/db소서분정상음식대조조(6지),근채소조(6지,매천관복200 mg/kg근채소),병이db/db소서적표준대조(C57BL/KsJ소서,6지)위정상대조,실험공8주,관찰체중、혈당、혈지수평、이도소민감성급포도당부하후이도소수평적변화,병취내장지방행H&E염색후진행조직학관찰.[결과]근채소간예가현저방지db/db소서체중적증가,강저비반소서적공복혈당수평,증가이도소민감성,강저포도당부하후적이도소수평,여db/db대조조비교,차이유현저성(P<0.05).[결론]근채소가방지비반형2형당뇨병소서적체중증가,개선당、지대사급이도소저항.
[Objective]To explore the effects of flavonoids chemical Apigenin to the glucose,lipids and insulin resistance in the obesity type 2 diabetes mice-db/db mice.[Methods]12 dh/db mice were divided into two groups:the normal chow group(6 mice)and the Apigenin group(6 mice).The mice were given normal chow and Apigenin(200 mg/kg per mouse) by gastric gavage,additionally the db/db standard control C57BL/KsJ mice were chosen as the normal control group and given the normal chow add the saline by gastric gavage once a day.After 12 weeks of Apigenin intervention,the variation of body weight,fasting blood glucose,lipids levels,insulin level and the insulin sensitivity were detected,additionally,the visceral fat tissue was studied by H&E stain.[Results]After 12 weeks of Apigenin intervention,the body weight,the blood glucose level,the lipids level and the insulin level were significantly decreased in db/db mice,and the insulin sensitivity was significantly improved.In H&E study,we found the size of the adipocytes from the visceral fat tissue was smaller than that of the db/db control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Apigenin can prevent the mice insulin resistance,lower the blood glucose and prevent the weight gain in db/db mice.
