目的 探讨先天性食管闭锁患儿术后常见并发症的观察及护理,提高先天性食管闭锁患儿生存率,减少并发症的发生.方法 回顾2005年1月至2010年12月先天性食管闭锁患儿术后出现的并发症,根据临床资料进行分析.结果 术后并发症有发生肺炎12例,吻合口瘘5例,吻合口狭窄2例,硬肿症4例,胃食管反流1例,气管软化1例.结论 成熟的吻合技术及有效的术后护理是提高先天性食管闭锁患儿手术成功率的关键；营养支持是提高手术成功率的保障.有效预防并发症,减少并发症的发生.
目的 探討先天性食管閉鎖患兒術後常見併髮癥的觀察及護理,提高先天性食管閉鎖患兒生存率,減少併髮癥的髮生.方法 迴顧2005年1月至2010年12月先天性食管閉鎖患兒術後齣現的併髮癥,根據臨床資料進行分析.結果 術後併髮癥有髮生肺炎12例,吻閤口瘺5例,吻閤口狹窄2例,硬腫癥4例,胃食管反流1例,氣管軟化1例.結論 成熟的吻閤技術及有效的術後護理是提高先天性食管閉鎖患兒手術成功率的關鍵；營養支持是提高手術成功率的保障.有效預防併髮癥,減少併髮癥的髮生.
목적 탐토선천성식관폐쇄환인술후상견병발증적관찰급호리,제고선천성식관폐쇄환인생존솔,감소병발증적발생.방법 회고2005년1월지2010년12월선천성식관폐쇄환인술후출현적병발증,근거림상자료진행분석.결과 술후병발증유발생폐염12례,문합구루5례,문합구협착2례,경종증4례,위식관반류1례,기관연화1례.결론 성숙적문합기술급유효적술후호리시제고선천성식관폐쇄환인수술성공솔적관건；영양지지시제고수술성공솔적보장.유효예방병발증,감소병발증적발생.
Objective To explore the observation and nursing of postoperative complication of congenital esophageal atresia children,so as to raise their survival rate and reduce complications happening.Methods Postoperative complications of children with congenital esophageal atresia from January 2005 to December 2010 were reviewed and analysed by clinical information.Results Postoperative complications of those children were that 12 cases of pneumonia,five eases of esophageal stomal leak,two cases of anastomotic stenosis,four cases of scleroderma,one cases of gastroesophageal reflux,and one cases of tracheomalacia.Conclusions The mature anastomosis technology and effectively postoperative care is the key to improve the success surgery ratio of congenital esophageal atresia children,and nutritional support is important factor for ensure surgery success.It is important to effectively prevent the complications occurrence so as to reduce them happening.
