目的比较泪囊鼻腔吻合术的吻合腔单纯以明胶海绵充填,与联合应用医用生物胶的明胶海绵充填,二者的临床效果.方法慢性泪囊炎50例50眼随机分为两组,每组25眼.A组:单独以明胶海绵充填吻合腔;B组:联合应用医用生物胶的明胶海绵充填吻合腔.观察术后出血情况及泪道通畅情况.结果 A组:治愈23眼(92.00%),术后出血4眼(16.00%).B组:25眼全部治愈,无出血者(P<0.05).结论联合应用医用生物胶的明胶海绵充填泪囊鼻腔吻合术的吻合腔是较好的方法.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of intra-anastomotic cavity tamponade by two different kinds of material on chronic dacryocystifis:cosmloin gauze and cosmloin guaze used together with medical biological glue.Methods 50 patients(50 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis were randomly divided into two groups,each group contains 25 patients.The patients in group A recevived cosmolin guaze as a filling material in the anastomotic cavity of dacryocystorhinostomy simply.The patients in group B recived cosmloin guaze used together with medical biological glue.The condition of hemorrhage and unobstrueting of the lacrimal passage were observed after the operation.Results Group A:there were 23 eyes cured(92.00%),and hemorrhage were found in4 cases(16.00%).Group B:all cured and there was no hemorrhage occurred(P< 0.05).Conclusions Compared with the method of cosmloin gauze tamponade,using cosmloin gauze together with medical biological glue in the the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis is more effective.
