目的 探讨学校管理和医院护理相结合的校园氛围式护理管理对男性住院精神分裂症患者心理和社会功能的治疗效果,为临床护理工作提供科学依据.方法 88例住院精神分裂症患者随机被分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组48例,对照组40例,观察组实施为期2个月的学校管理和医院护理相结合的校园氛围式护理管理,对照组只采取常规病房护理.两组采用住院精神患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)、简明精神病量表(BPRS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行康复效果的评价.结果 人组时,所有量表评分两组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05),2个月后,观察组各量表评分均优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 以学校管理和医院护理相结合的校园氛围式护理管理,能够改善男性精神分裂症患者的症状,对恢复和重建良好的行为和社会功能将起到积极的作用.

Objective To explore the psychology and social function corrective therapy effect of the nursing management with campus atmospheres which was a combination of the school management, and hospital nursing on male Schizophrenia. Methods 88 case of Schizophrenia were divided into study group and control group by random. Study group had 48 patients , control group had 40 patients. Study group were given the nursing management with campus atmoepheres which was a combination of the school managemen and hospital nursing for 2 months. The treatment effects were evaluated by IPROS , BPRS and SCL-90. Results The scores of all these scales were no different before study between two groups, Study group was better than the control group after 2 months (P < 0. 01) . Conclusion The nursing management with campus atmospheres which was a combination of the school managemen and hospital nursing could improve the symptom of Schizophrenia, and it would have ac-tive effect forreturning and rebuilding the behaviour and social function on Schizophrenia.
