目的探讨规模化非超声乳化小切口无缝线白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入手术的护理配合与管理.方法通过对6679例防盲致盲白内障手术病人的术前准备、术中配合、病人管理与安排,总结了规模化白内障手术的护理配合经验.结果所有病人手术顺利,术中护士配合默契,无一例发生感染.结论在基层医院进行规模化白内障手术,需要进行严格的流程管理.

Objective To investigate the nursing process in high-volume cataract extraction surgeries. Methods 6679 cases of non-stitch, small incision cataract extraction with intraocular lens im- plantation under topical anesthesia were performed. The whole process was observed, including preoperative preparation, management of operating room and postoperative nursing. Results The procedure was smooth and successful in all the patients. No surgery-related infection occurred. Conclusions Adequate procedure management is needed in cataract surgery in primary care hospitals.
