目的 探讨网络式PBL教学模式在耳鼻咽喉科学教学中的应用效果.方法 选择广州医学院2007级临床医学(双语)专业63名本科生为研究对象,构建耳鼻咽喉科学专题学习网站,制定教学计划和教学流程,开展教学活动.教学活动结束后,对学生进行问卷调查.结果 《学生对教师教学评价表》的调查结果显示,半数以上学生认为本次教学目标明确,PBL专题学习网站资源丰富,能够鼓励学生表达己见、参与讨论.《小组学生自评与互评表》的调查结果表明,70.0%以上的学生能够利用课余时间搜集资料,较好地参与到小组学习中,互动良好.结论 网络式PBL教学模式有助于学生获得灵活的求知方法和临床思维的形成,是培养创新型和实用型医学人才的有效途径.

Objective Through rhinology carry out the teaching reform of problem-based learning on web,explore the teaching model of PBL in the clinical education.Methods The PBL was implemented in 63 students of grade 2007 on clinical medicine major at Guangzhou Medical College.According to the principle about PBL,teacher edited lesson plan,built the rhinologic subject special web,develop teaching plan and curricular,and carry out teaching activities.Results The evaluation form about assessment to teaching on student shows that more than half of students think that teaching objectives are clear,resources are abundant on web and W-PBL can encourage them to express their views.More than 70% of them can well spare time to gather information and attended to the group learning with interaction.Conclusions Case based Web-PBL will help students to gain the flexible approach for knowledge and to form their clinical thinking.
