树突状细胞(DC)在T细胞介导的免疫反应中起核心作用,可在体内外诱导强烈的抗肿瘤免疫反应.DC作为恶性肿瘤免疫治疗因子被广泛的研究.如今,开发了多种基于DC的抗肿瘤免疫治疗.然而肿瘤也会影响宿主的造血功能以及导致大量未成熟和免疫耐受的DC产生,这些直接抑制免疫反应.了解肿瘤相关DC的免疫抑制作用机制,可提高对肿瘤免疫逃逸的认识.

Dendritic cells (DCs) play a pivotal role in T cell-mediated immunity. These cells have been shown to induce strong antitumor immune responses in vitro and in vivo. DCs have been widely used as immunotherapeutic agents for the treatment of disseminated malignancies. At present, a number of DC-based tumor immunotherapies have been developed. However, tumors also alter host hematopoiesis and induce large numbers of immature and immunotolerant DCs. Evidence showed that these cells could directly inhibit immune responses against tumors. To here we will discuss the mechanism of immune suppression of tumor associated DCs. Improve the understanding on tumor immune escape.
