利用北方日光温室,以玉米秸秆为主料进行生料栽培鸡腿菇试验。通过优化培养基配方、加强出菇管理和增温等措施,建立玉米秸秆生料栽培鸡腿菇的高产栽培模式,既提高了鸡腿菇的生物转化率,又有效利用了玉米秸秆,经济和生态效益显著。

Coprinus comatus cultivating experiment was conducted with maizestalk in solar greenhouse in the north of China. A highyield cultivating model was established by taking a series of measures, including optimizing culture medium formula, enhancing man- agement, and improving temperature. This model improves the biologic conversion rate of Coprinus comatus and makes good use of maizestalk. The economic and ecological benefits are remarkable.
