This article studies the mechanical performance of the phyllite through test. Combining with the specialty of the tunnel itself, it analyzes the causes of phyllite tunnel construction collapse under the condition of aftershoeks and heavy rain, and shows corresponding collapse preventive measures, which has accumulated experience for the phyllite tunnel section construction under the similar condition.
