讨论纺丝温度、纺丝速度、侧吹风条件、上油集束位置对X形聚酯POY条干不匀率性能的影响。研究结果表明,聚酯POY最小条干不匀率的最佳纺丝工艺条件为:纺丝温度291℃,纺丝速度2800m/min,侧吹风风速0.40m/s,垂直上油集束位置900mm及水平上油集束位置20mm。

The effects of spinning parameters such as spinning temperature, spinning speed, air speed of quench wind and gather position of oil finishing on the yarn unevenness of polyester POY with X shape were discussed in this study. Results indicated that the optimal spinning parameters are as follows:spinning temperature is about 291℃, spinning speed is 2 800 m/rain, air speed of quench wind is 0.40 m/s, gather position of vertical oil finishing is 900 mm and gather position of horizontal oil finishing, 20 mm.
