结合《非高炉炼铁》双语课程的开展，从提高双语教师的英语水平、确定开展双语教学课程，健全双语教材和改革双语教学模式等方面探讨了双语教学过程中的几个重要问题，讨论了双语教学和高素质师资队伍建设之间互相促进，相得益彰的关系。提出了以双语教学为手段，推动冶金工程双语师资建设的设想。

Combining with the bilingual course of non-blast furnace ironmaking, several important questions were raised from raising the English level of bilingual teachers ,determining bilingual courses ,perfecting bilingual teaching material and reforming the mode of bilin- gual teaching. It discussed interactive relationship to help each other forward between bilingual teaching and the establishment of high quality teachersteam. The idea of promoting bilingual teachers construction in metallurgical engineering was put forward by bilingual teaching.
