分析了目前电炉炉底用MgO-Fe2O3-CaO质捣打料化学矿物组成及使用现状,针对钢厂电炉冶炼操作条件的变化,开发出了新一代的镁尖晶石质电炉炉底捣打料。对体积稳定性、烧结性、耐高温性、抗渣性及显微结构分析后,并通过钢厂实际试用表明:镁尖晶石质耐火材料在使用过程中发生MgO+Al2O3→MgO.Al2O3反应,伴随膨胀使材料自身过烧收缩受到抑制,减轻或避免了炉底的开裂剥落,明显提高了炉底寿命。
分析瞭目前電爐爐底用MgO-Fe2O3-CaO質擣打料化學礦物組成及使用現狀,針對鋼廠電爐冶煉操作條件的變化,開髮齣瞭新一代的鎂尖晶石質電爐爐底擣打料。對體積穩定性、燒結性、耐高溫性、抗渣性及顯微結構分析後,併通過鋼廠實際試用錶明:鎂尖晶石質耐火材料在使用過程中髮生MgO+Al2O3→MgO.Al2O3反應,伴隨膨脹使材料自身過燒收縮受到抑製,減輕或避免瞭爐底的開裂剝落,明顯提高瞭爐底壽命。
분석료목전전로로저용MgO-Fe2O3-CaO질도타료화학광물조성급사용현상,침대강엄전로야련조작조건적변화,개발출료신일대적미첨정석질전로로저도타료。대체적은정성、소결성、내고온성、항사성급현미결구분석후,병통과강엄실제시용표명:미첨정석질내화재료재사용과정중발생MgO+Al2O3→MgO.Al2O3반응,반수팽창사재료자신과소수축수도억제,감경혹피면료로저적개렬박락,명현제고료로저수명。
The chemical mineral composition and present application situation of MgO-Fe2O3-CaO ramming mix that is used for electric furnace bottom now are analyzed.According to the changes of the steelmaking operating conditions of electric furnace in steel plant,a new generation magnesia spinel ramming mix for electric furnace bottom is developed.After the analysis of volumetric stability,sintering property,high temperature resistance,slag resistance and microstructure of ramming mix and through its actually trial use in steel plant,it is showed that the reaction of MgO+Al2O3→MgO·Al2O3 of the ramming mix occurs during its use and is accompanied by expansion so as to make the overburning and contraction of material itself to be restrained.This avoids the cracking and spalling of the electric furnace bottom ahd raises the service life of the bottom obviously.
