基于实体壳单元理论和Barlat屈服理论,通过CAE软件MSC.Marc对某汽车离合器波形片成形卸载回弹进行了仿真分析,并按照分析结果指导模具设计。回弹过程模拟与生产结果数据保持了良好的一致性,验证了MSC.Marc可以较好地计算模拟复杂接触卸载回弹问题。结果表明,制造的模具投入生产后,制件质量符合要求。

The forming and spring back of automobile clutch cushion segment has been simulated through MSC.Marc based on the theory of continuum-shell element and Barlat yield criteria.The tooling has been designed according to the analysis result.The designed die has been applied in production and the reliable products have been achieved.It shows a good accordance to the result of the product manufactured in the factory.The result shows that it can be simulated by MSC.Marc software on the complicated unloading process.
