选用4个材料亲本,按4×4NCⅡ完全双列杂交设计,配制了12个组合,对小麦植酸含量的杂种优势及其遗传力进行了研究。结果表明,偃展4110X淮麦20的中亲优势和超低亲优势最大,偃展4110×CN8081的中亲优势最小,CN8081×小偃986的超低亲优势最小;淮麦20的一般配合力效应值最大,小偃986的特殊配合力效应值最小;植酸的广义遗传力为85.9%,狭义遗传力为32.3%。
選用4箇材料親本,按4×4NCⅡ完全雙列雜交設計,配製瞭12箇組閤,對小麥植痠含量的雜種優勢及其遺傳力進行瞭研究。結果錶明,偃展4110X淮麥20的中親優勢和超低親優勢最大,偃展4110×CN8081的中親優勢最小,CN8081×小偃986的超低親優勢最小;淮麥20的一般配閤力效應值最大,小偃986的特殊配閤力效應值最小;植痠的廣義遺傳力為85.9%,狹義遺傳力為32.3%。
선용4개재료친본,안4×4NCⅡ완전쌍렬잡교설계,배제료12개조합,대소맥식산함량적잡충우세급기유전력진행료연구。결과표명,언전4110X회맥20적중친우세화초저친우세최대,언전4110×CN8081적중친우세최소,CN8081×소언986적초저친우세최소;회맥20적일반배합력효응치최대,소언986적특수배합력효응치최소;식산적엄의유전력위85.9%,협의유전력위32.3%。
Heterosis and Hereditary of Phytic acid in wheat were studied with 12 crosses from 4 parents by 4 × 4NC Ⅱ complete diallel crossing design. The result showed that over mid - parent heterosis and over low - parent heterosis of Yanzhan4110 × Huaimai20 in F1 is the strongest, over mid - parent heterosis of Yanzhan4110 × CN8081 in F1 is the least, Over low -parent heterosis of CN8081 x Xiaoyan986 in F1 is the least;the general combining ability value of Huaimai20 is the biggest and specific combining ability of Xiaoyan986 is the smallest; Broad heritability of phytic acid was 85.9% ,while narrow heritability of phytic acid was 32.3%.
