以7个结球甘蓝品种为试验材料,对单球重、球径、球高、开展度、外叶数、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量等性状进行研究。结果表明:不同结球甘蓝品种间单球重、球径、球高、开展度、外叶数、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量等性状差异大。其中球形为扁圆形的京丰一号和牛心形的雄霸甘蓝单球重较大,开展度和外叶数适中,京丰一号的可溶性糖含量最高,达2.16μmol/L,雄霸甘蓝可溶性蛋白含量最高,达1.31 mg/g。
以7箇結毬甘藍品種為試驗材料,對單毬重、毬徑、毬高、開展度、外葉數、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量等性狀進行研究。結果錶明:不同結毬甘藍品種間單毬重、毬徑、毬高、開展度、外葉數、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量等性狀差異大。其中毬形為扁圓形的京豐一號和牛心形的雄霸甘藍單毬重較大,開展度和外葉數適中,京豐一號的可溶性糖含量最高,達2.16μmol/L,雄霸甘藍可溶性蛋白含量最高,達1.31 mg/g。
이7개결구감람품충위시험재료,대단구중、구경、구고、개전도、외협수、가용성단백함량、가용성당함량등성상진행연구。결과표명:불동결구감람품충간단구중、구경、구고、개전도、외협수、가용성단백함량、가용성당함량등성상차이대。기중구형위편원형적경봉일호화우심형적웅패감람단구중교대,개전도화외협수괄중,경봉일호적가용성당함량최고,체2.16μmol/L,웅패감람가용성단백함량최고,체1.31 mg/g。
Taking seven Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L.varieties as materials,the leafy head weight,leafy head diameter,leafy head height,divergence,number of outside leaves,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of them were compared in this paper.The results showed that the leafy head weight,leafy head diameter,leafy head height,divergence,number of outside leaves,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of seven cabbage varieties were different.The leafy head weights of Jingfengyihao variety which had the flat head and Xiongba cabbage variety which had the pointer head were bigger,the divergence of them and outside leaf numbers of them were moderate.The soluble sugar content of Jingfengyihao was the most,which was 2.16 μmol/L.The soluble protein content of Xiongba cabbage variety was the most,which was 1.31 mg/g.
