从移栽基质、施肥方法以及GA,处理等3个方面对红叶樱花组培苗的移栽技术进行了研究。试验结果表明:红叶樱花的最佳移栽基质为草炭:蛭石:珍珠岩4:1:1;组培苗生长期间每7d浇施0.2%尿素为最佳的氮肥施用方法;喷施100mg/LGA3可有效促进红叶樱花组培苗的节间生长.缩短其缓苗期。

The research on the transplant technology of in vitro seedling of Prunus serrulata Royal Burgundy was performed in tour aspects including transplanting matrix, fertilization ways,and GA3 treatment. The results showed: The mixed substrate of peat, vermiculite,perlite (4:1:1 )was best for the transplant of in vitro seedlings of Prunus serrulata Royal Burgundy;0.2% carbamide solution every seven days wound promote the growth of in vitro seedlings; Spraying GA3 of 100 mg/L could increase the height of seedlings and shorten the rejuvenation period.
