将100只1日龄健康罗曼雏鸡随机分为5组,每组20只。分别于1日龄皮下注射生理盐水以及不同浓度的淫羊藿多糖(EPS),连续注射7 d。于7、14、21、28、35、42、49、56日龄采血,用β-微量法检测AI-HI抗体效价。试验结果表明,淫羊藿多糖可显著提高雏鸡AI-HI抗体效价(P〈0.05)。
將100隻1日齡健康囉曼雛鷄隨機分為5組,每組20隻。分彆于1日齡皮下註射生理鹽水以及不同濃度的淫羊藿多糖(EPS),連續註射7 d。于7、14、21、28、35、42、49、56日齡採血,用β-微量法檢測AI-HI抗體效價。試驗結果錶明,淫羊藿多糖可顯著提高雛鷄AI-HI抗體效價(P〈0.05)。
장100지1일령건강라만추계수궤분위5조,매조20지。분별우1일령피하주사생리염수이급불동농도적음양곽다당(EPS),련속주사7 d。우7、14、21、28、35、42、49、56일령채혈,용β-미량법검측AI-HI항체효개。시험결과표명,음양곽다당가현저제고추계AI-HI항체효개(P〈0.05)。
100 chickens were randomly divided into five groups with 20 birds in each group.Then,different concentration of Herba Epimedii polysaccharides(EPS) was subcutaneously injected to the chickens for seven days continuously.Blood sample was collected on the 7th,14th,21st,28th,35th,42nd,49th and 56th to evaluate AI-HI antibody titers of serum by β-micro method.The results indicated that EPS could significantly increase AI-HI antibody titers of the chicks(P0.05).
