针对港口集装箱岸桥吊具的电缆因岸桥吊随动系统不太可靠,使电缆频繁跑出电缆筐,直接影响岸桥吊作业的现状,使用PLC和丹佛斯VLT5022变频器组成的自动控制系统对其进行改造,较好地优化了港口集装箱岸桥吊具系统功能,提高了作业效率.
針對港口集裝箱岸橋弔具的電纜因岸橋弔隨動繫統不太可靠,使電纜頻繁跑齣電纜筐,直接影響岸橋弔作業的現狀,使用PLC和丹彿斯VLT5022變頻器組成的自動控製繫統對其進行改造,較好地優化瞭港口集裝箱岸橋弔具繫統功能,提高瞭作業效率.

Most cable servo-systems for container spreaders in harbors are unreliable, which makes cables slide out of cable brackets frequently and affects the perfomaance of spreaders. In this paper, the automatic control system is improved by PLC, VLT5022 frequency converter of Danfoss, which proves that the rate of accidents is on the decrease and operating efficiency is improved greatly after using this new control system.
