目的：了解高职生对心理咨询的认知情况。方法：选取广州三所高职院校的1078名学生，通过自编问卷进行调查。结果：92．1％高职生认为应当关注大学生心理健康问题；46．3％的高职生并没有通过学校获得·心理健康知识；出现心理问题时，高职生的主要求助对象是自己、朋友和家人；一定会主动寻求心理咨询师帮助的高职生为3．3％，54．8％的高职生明确表示不会；17．7％的高职生曾接受过心理咨询，其中75．4％认为咨询有效。结论：高职生能认识到心理健康教育的重要性，但在实际场景中，能主动求助的很少，学生对心理咨询存在认识偏差和情感抗拒，获得知识途径有限。

Objective：To find out vocational students＇ perceptions about mental counseling. Methods： By using a questionnaire about vocational students＇ view of counseling. 1078 students of thrco vocational colleges from grade I to 3 were investigated. Results： 92.1% of students acknowledged that mental heath problems should be concerned; 46.3% of students did not receive mental health knowledge in the colleges; mental confusion occurring, students would ask for friends an family for help; 3.3% of students would seek vocational counselors to help absolutely; 54.8% of students will not do so; 17.7% of vocational students had received counseling, of whom 75.4% had positive attitude on the consultation. Conclusion： The students recognize the importance of mental health education commonly, hut in the real scene, they would rarely seek help because of the cognitive bias and the emotional resistance, and the ways to obtain psychological knowledge are limited.
