研究生导师评价是高校人事管理的重要工作．研究生导师除了日常的教学科研活动之外，对学生的指导和关怀也非常重要．因此，与研究生导师直接接触的学生也应该参与对其导师的评价．在对研究生导师进行评价时，除了课时量、科研业绩等可以量化的指标外，很多指标都是采用自然语言定性评价的．文章在建立研究生导师综合评价指标体系的基础上，引入了二元语义及其算子处理定性指标，并计算了评价值．实践证明，使用这种方法，能够让评语在集结过程中更完整地保留本意．

Evaluation for graduate student advisor is a major job of human resource manager in university. As for advisors, to guide students is as important as the normal teaching and researching. The students who follow the advisors should take part in the evaluation. In the evaluation, there are not only some quantitative indexes such as hours of teaching or scientific research achievements, but also qualitative indexes. This article is based on the comprehensive evaluation index system of advisors, and uses two-tuple linguistic to convert qualitative index into quantitative index, and gets the result by calculation. It has been proved effective by practice that using the two-tuple linguistic could preserve the remarks＇ original idea wholly.
