采用组织块法对玉兰不同组织内生菌进行了分离,共纯化得到69株内生真菌.结果发现,玉兰植物的根、茎、叶中均可以分离得到内生真菌,根组织中的种类、数量明显多于茎和叶,占到分离总菌株数量的52%.其中分离于玉兰植物根部的No.37菌株对供试的7种病原真菌和5种病原细菌具有较强的抑制作用.经形态鉴定该菌株为层出镰刀菌.在1000μg·mL^-1浓度下,抑制菌丝生长速率法测定结果表明,层出镰刀菌发酵产物提取物对其中3种病原真菌的抑制率在90%以上,孢子萌发法测定结果表明,层出镰刀茵菌株发酵产物提取物对番茄灰霉病菌和玉米弯孢病菌的孢子萌发抑制率达到了100%,管碟法测定结果表明,层出镰刀菌菌株发酵产物提取物对供试的5种细菌的抑菌圈直径都在15mm以上.

The endophytes were isolated from different tissues of Magnolia denudata. The results showed that 69 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from roots, stems and leaves of M. denudata. Fifty-two percent of endophytic fungi strains were isolated from roots, the quantity and variety of which were much higher than those from stems and leaves. Strain No. 37 isolated from roots of/14, denudata showed notable inhibition effect on 7 pathogenic fungi and 5 pathogenic bacteria. Based on its morphological characteristics, strain No. 37 was identified as Fusarium proliferatum. On concentration 1 000 μg ·mL- 1, the results of the inhibition rate of myceliuul growth showed that the fermentation products extract had above 90% inhibition against three pathogenic fungi. The results of the inhibition of spores germination indicated that the fermentation products extract exhibited 100% inhibition against Botrytis cinerea and Curvularia lunata, by means of detection of inhibition zone, the inhibition zone diameter was above 15 mm against five pathogenic bacteria.
