针对80m跨径等高连续箱梁的受力特点,紧扣“分块浇筑”施工工艺,提出采用装配式六四军用桁架作移模主梁的移动模架“分块浇筑”新方法,对其工艺流程和特点进行了简要介绍,并对装配式移动模架进行了设计和验算。结果表明所提出的工法是可行、经济的,为装配式六四军用梁移模“分块浇筑”在长大不等跨等高连续梁桥施工中的应用提供了理论参考,也为移动模架向大跨度方向发展提供了新的思路。
針對80m跨徑等高連續箱樑的受力特點,緊釦“分塊澆築”施工工藝,提齣採用裝配式六四軍用桁架作移模主樑的移動模架“分塊澆築”新方法,對其工藝流程和特點進行瞭簡要介紹,併對裝配式移動模架進行瞭設計和驗算。結果錶明所提齣的工法是可行、經濟的,為裝配式六四軍用樑移模“分塊澆築”在長大不等跨等高連續樑橋施工中的應用提供瞭理論參攷,也為移動模架嚮大跨度方嚮髮展提供瞭新的思路。

With the mechanical characteristics of the 80-m-span continuous box girder taken into account, and the "block cast- ing" construction craft adopted,a new construction method of "block casting" with a movable scaffolding system made up of 64-type military beams is put forward in the paper,with the process of the block casting and its process characteristics briefly introduced, and the movable fabricated formwork designed and checked. The result of the calculations shows that the proposed method is both feasible and economical, which provides a theoretical basis for the application of the block-casting with the movable scaffolding system made up of 64-type military beams to large-span or unequal-span continuous girder bridges, and which also provides a new thinking way for the development of the movable formwork to large spans.
