Based on the case study on the textbook of＂Foundations of Electrical Machine and Electrical Driving＂, describing how to keep the pace of textbook system with new technology,with characteristic of advanced vocational college, selecting practical cases and solving typical examples,this paper introduces the idea and experience of how to compile high quality and long term usage textbooks for advanced vocational colleges.
