目的：了解我院I类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物的情况。方法：选取我院2010年1月至6月I类切口手术的出院病历742份，对预防性应用抗菌药物情况进行调查。结果：742份I类切口手术均使用了抗菌药物，无指征用药195份，联合用药209份；在首次给药方面，术前0．5-2h应用169份（占22.8％），术前〉2h应用266份（占35．8％），术前不用而术后应用307份（占41．4％）。结论：我院I类切口手术存在着使用抗菌药物品种档次高、时间长、联用率高、药物使用不当等几方面的情况，应加强管理。

목적：료해아원I류절구수술예방성응용항균약물적정황。방법：선취아원2010년1월지6월I류절구수술적출원병력742빈，대예방성응용항균약물정황진행조사。결과：742빈I류절구수술균사용료항균약물，무지정용약195빈，연합용약209빈；재수차급약방면，술전0．5-2h응용169빈（점22.8％），술전〉2h응용266빈（점35．8％），술전불용이술후응용307빈（점41．4％）。결론：아원I류절구수술존재착사용항균약물품충당차고、시간장、련용솔고、약물사용불당등궤방면적정황，응가강관리。
Objective： To investigate the application of antibiotic prophylaxis for type I incision operations in our hospital. Methods： Seven hundred and fnrty two cases with type I incision operation in our hnspital from January to June in 2010 were conducted a retrospective analysis. Results： All cases of the type I incision patients received prophylactic antibiotic, among which 195 cases were applied with no indication drug, while 209 cases were applied with drug combination. There was much difference in first administration time, 169 cases （22.8%） were 0.5-2h preoperative; 266 cases （35.8%） were more than 2h preoperative; and 307 cases （41.4%） were applied postoperatively. Conclusion： Unnecessary high-grade antibiotic, inappropriate and prolonged nsage, as well as high utilization rate of the drug combination were the main problems in the application of antibiotic prophylaxis for type I incision operations in our hospital, which needed improved management.
