文章对高职院校单独招生的发展现状以及存在的招生考试命题难、面试过程主观因素影响录取公平及考试成本高、单独招考试的宣传工作难、招生政策理解不对称、政策落实不到位等问题进分析,提出了成立招考联盟,考评结合,以评为主的高职自主招生选拔模式。
