文章以安徽池州市杏花村古遗址复建为例，分析探讨了杏花村古遗址历史与现状，杏花村古遗址保护以及围绕该文化资源产业化开发的历程与路径。认为在城市化进程中，保护和传承历史文化资源的最佳路径是进行产业化开发。在此过程中，可以拓展无形元素有形化创意，将传承历史文化的思路从有形元素延伸到无形元素，实现非物质文化遗产与物质文化遗产的相互弥补与转化，使非物质遗产元素创造价值的理念在产业化中得以发扬；但应针对文化产品“公地”特性和兼备一体两面的价值，注重政企互动，完善制度以产业提升历史文化的影响力．

Based on the analyses of the history and present condition of the site of ancient Xinghuacun, the paper discusses the process and approaches of the preservation and industrial development of Xinghuacun resources. In the process of urbanization, industrial development of historical and cultural heritage is the the best choice, in which invisible elements can be extended to visible originality and cultural heritage can be extended to invisible elements from visible ones, and the mutual compensation and＇ transformation between non-material and material culture can be achieved and the conception to make non-material legacy create value can be carried on in industrialization. In addition, attention should be paid to the interaction between government and enterprises in order to promote sustainable development and upgrade the influence of regional cultural industry.
