信息与计算科学专业是由信息科学、计算数学、计算机科学等多学科交叉、渗透、有机融合而成的，是数学学科内的一个重要分支。本文从专业定位、师资培养、教学计划、实践教学四个方面阐述了东北农业大学信息与计算科学专业的建设历程，并指出今后仍需解决的一些问题，为同类专业的建设提供了有效的借鉴。

Information and computing science is formed of information science, computational mathematics and compute science. It is an important branch of mathematical course. We summarized the specialty construction progress of information and computing science in Northeast Agricultural University, from the location of the specialty, the training of teachers, teaching program and practice teaching. And we also pointed out some questions in the construction process. This will offer references to the same kind of specialties.
