The high speed development of solar energy industry brings the rapid growth of photovoltaic glass . Ultra-clear photovoltaic glass used as the cover material for solar energy setup is more popular and worldwide . The production of PV-glass is high in technological content and the manufacture process is difficult to control . Any little defect will affect the quality and processed performance. Therefore the causes of defect in low-iron photovoltaic glass produced by rolled process and the corresponding steps were described in this paper.
