煤的燃烧是我国大气污染的主要原因,主要污染物为粉尘和SO2。通过煤粉燃烧实验,得出最佳钙硫比(Ca/S),在此基础上,探讨添加不同含量的Al2O3、MnO2、Fe2O3等添加剂对CaO固硫效果的促进作用,发现Ca/S为2.0时,单一添加剂Al2O3为2%、MnO2为0.5%、Fe2O3为0.7%,CaO的固硫效果最好,复合添加剂Al2O3为1.5%同时MnO2为0.55%时的固硫效果最好。

매적연소시아국대기오염적주요원인,주요오염물위분진화SO2。통과매분연소실험,득출최가개류비(Ca/S),재차기출상,탐토첨가불동함량적Al2O3、MnO2、Fe2O3등첨가제대CaO고류효과적촉진작용,발현Ca/S위2.0시,단일첨가제Al2O3위2%、MnO2위0.5%、Fe2O3위0.7%,CaO적고류효과최호,복합첨가제Al2O3위1.5%동시MnO2위0.55%시적고류효과최호。
Coal combustion is the main cause of air pollution in our country and the main pollutants are dust and SO2.This paper obtains the optimized calcium ratio sulfur(Ca/S) through the pulverized coal burning experiment.Based on these works,promoting effects of the additive MnO2,Fe2O3 and Al2O3 to calcium oxide desulfuration results are discussed.The results show that when the Ca/S is 2.0%,the single additive Al2O3 is 2.0,MnO2 is 0.5% and Fe2O3 is 0.7%,the sulfur fixation effects of calcium oxide is the best.When composite additives the Al2O3 is 1.5% at the same time the MnO2 is 0.55%,the sulfur fixation effects of calcium oxide reach a maximum.
