顾客受让价值模型属于顾客价值理论中的一个分支,因其对顾客价值形成的驱动维度有明确的划分,该模型在营销实践和理论研究中都有较广泛的应用。本文探讨了顾客受让价值模型在营销中的应用,进一步提出企业在应用顾客受让价值模型应注意的几个问题,即注重顾客受让价值的多样性、动态性和竞争性。

Customer Delivered Value Model is a branch of the theory of customer value.Because of its clear division of the customer value dimensions,the model is widely used in marketing practice and theory research.This article discusses the applications of the Customer Delivered Value Model in the marketing,and further proposes three issues in applying the Customer Delivered Value Model in the company,that is,the diversity,dynamic property and competitivenss of the customer delivery value.
