Green edible salt and organic salt is a new concept emerging along with the improvement of people's life and the science development.The anti-caking agent in the edible salt causes the safety and health problem because of its side effect to human body.In this paper,a few production techniques with which non-caking salt is produced without adding anti-caking agents are researched.
