将乙烯与双环戊二烯(DCPD)合成降冰片烯(NB)的反应分成反应温度、压力较低的原料预混合阶段和反应温度、压力较高的反应阶段,并采用不同的反应器,考察了反应时间、压力和温度等对NB的选择性、DCPD的转化率的影响,确定了最终的优化条件。实验表明,在220℃、15MPa、加料时间40min、加完料继续反应20rain条件下,NB选择性达到90%以上,DCPD的转化率接近100%。
將乙烯與雙環戊二烯(DCPD)閤成降冰片烯(NB)的反應分成反應溫度、壓力較低的原料預混閤階段和反應溫度、壓力較高的反應階段,併採用不同的反應器,攷察瞭反應時間、壓力和溫度等對NB的選擇性、DCPD的轉化率的影響,確定瞭最終的優化條件。實驗錶明,在220℃、15MPa、加料時間40min、加完料繼續反應20rain條件下,NB選擇性達到90%以上,DCPD的轉化率接近100%。

The reaction for synthesizing norbornene (NB) with ethylene and dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) includes two stages,the materials premixing stage with low temperature and low pressure, and reaction stage with high temperature and high pressure. The effects of reaction time, pressure and temperature on the selectivity of NB and conversion rate of DCPD were analyzed, and the optimal conditions were determined. The experiment showed that under the conditions of 220 ℃, 15 MPa,feeding time of 40 rain, and reaction time of 20 min after feeding,the selectivity of NB reached over 90% ,and the conversion rate of DCPD was up to about 100%.
