＂十二五＂时期,是我国全面建设小康社会的关键时期,是深化改革开放、加快转变经济发展方式的攻坚时期,而对外经济合作则是实施＂走出去＂战略的重要方式之一.文章选择中部地区的安徽省作为样本,通过逐步回归、协整检验、脉冲响应分析等方法对其内在关系进行分析,得出GDP和利用外商直接投资（FDI）是安徽省对外经济合作的决定因素的研究结论,并给出促进其发展的合理化建议,从而为全国其他省市特别是为＂中部崛起＂的中部省份发展对外经济合作提供经验和实证支持.

＂The Twelfth Five-Year＂ is a critical period of building a moderately prosperous society,deepening the reform and opening up,and accelerating the transformation of economic development.And foreign economic cooperation is one important way of implementing the ＂going out＂ strategy.The paper selects Anhui province as a sample of the central region,use the statistical data of Anhui economic development to analyze the determinants of foreign economic cooperation.Through the stepwise regression analysis,co-integration,and impulse response analysis,we can see that the determinants of Anhui foreign economic cooperation are GDP and FDI.Then the study puts forward to policy rational recommendations,so as to provide experience and empirical endorsement for other provinces,especially for the central province called ＂Rise of Central China＂.
