模糊PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation)作为一种先进的智能控制算法,在工业中的实际应用范围却远远落后于传统PID算法,其原因是智能控制算法的复杂性使得控制器实现困难、占用资源多、运行效率低。分析了利用FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)实现智能控制算法的优势,提出了利用查找表来实现模糊算法的新的实现方式,具有设计灵活、开发期短、可靠性高、运行高速等优点。

Fuzzy PID control as an advanced intelligent algorithm is applied much less than typical PID control due to its complication which makes the controller hard to be implemented, cost too much resources and run inefficiently. The advantages of implementing intelligent control algorithm with FPGA are analyzed and a new approach realizing fuzzy algorithm by using look-uptable is presented. This method is proved to have advantages of design flexibility, short development period, high reliability and quickly running.
