以活性炭负载硫酸钛作为催化剂,冰乙酸和异戊醇为原料合成乙酸异戊酯,研究了影响反应的各种因素.结果表明,当冰乙酸和异戊醇的物质的量比为2.5∶1,催化剂中Ti SO4 2与活性炭的质量比为3∶1,反应时间2.5 h,反应温度为120℃时,酯化率可达到93.86%.
以活性炭負載硫痠鈦作為催化劑,冰乙痠和異戊醇為原料閤成乙痠異戊酯,研究瞭影響反應的各種因素.結果錶明,噹冰乙痠和異戊醇的物質的量比為2.5∶1,催化劑中Ti SO4 2與活性炭的質量比為3∶1,反應時間2.5 h,反應溫度為120℃時,酯化率可達到93.86%.

Isoamyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol,using titanium sulfate supported on active carbon as the catalyst.Some factors affecting the reaction were studied.The results indicated when the molar ratio of acetic acid to isoamyl alcohol was 2.5∶1,the mass ratio of Ti SO4 2 to activated carbon was 3∶1,the reaction temperature was 120 ℃,and the reaction time was 2.5 h,the esterification rate of the reaction was up to 93.86 %.
