在新农村建设的背景下,为推进现代化农村及农业建设,大力发展农村公共事业,从总量、效率、责任、公平、供需平衡等几个方面,对吉林省农村公共产品供给存在的问题及原因进行分析,并在此基础上提出对农村公共产品供给对策的完善措施。
