School-enterprise Cooperation is the only way of educating practical engineering talents.Take Jingangshan University as an example,application-oriented school-enterprise cooperation is the only way to train engineering professionals.Jinggangshan University has issued a number of policies since three schools merged,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in co-operation.Including establish school-enterprise cooperation;operation mechanism and organization and management model;and a platform for the school-enterprise cooperation.The paper introduces the operation mechanism and organization management mode.In this mode,the practical engineering talents educated by Jinggangshan University are welcomed by enterprise.
