为掌握柞蚕幼虫资源的可开发利用价值,按国际相关标准对柞蚕幼虫营养成分进行了测试,并与常见动物性食物营养成分进行对比分析。结果表明,柞蚕幼虫中水分含量占总质量的80.26%,粗脂肪、粗蛋白各占干重的17.93%和62.72%。α-亚麻酸占脂肪酸总量的45.33%,氨基酸组分稍有欠缺,微量元素含量高于常见动物性食物。柞蚕幼虫是一种营养价值较高的昆虫性食物源,具有较高的开发利用价值。

To analyze and evaluate the nutrition composition of tussah larvae so as to provide evidence for developing new food resources,the nutrients concentration of tussah larvae were measured by National Standards and then these results were compared with that of other most common animal foods.The content of water in tussah larvae was 80.26%.The crude fat and protein occupied 17.93% and 62.72% of its dry weight respectively.The content of а-linolenic acid in fatty acids was 45.33%.The quality of amino acids was not very well.The trace elements were rich in tussah larvae.The Tussah larva is a new food resource with richer nutrition and has prospects for developing and application.
