目的了解河南口岸出国劳务人员色觉异常和其就业选择情况,以更好对其职业选择提供科学指导。方法对河南口岸出国劳务人员色觉异常和其职业选择情况资料进行统计和分析。结果 2006年1月-2008年12月出国劳务人员健康体检中,检出287例色觉异常与其选择的职业相冲突。结论出入境检验检疫机关和外派劳务机构应加强对色觉异常的出国劳务人员职业选择的指导,并就避免其选择误区提出科学建议。

Objective：To know color vision defects and career choice status among laborers go abroad,in order to provide scientific guidance for their career choice. Method To take statistics analysis on the information of color vision defects and career choice among laborers go abroad from Henan port. Results There are 287 case of color vision defects in conflict with their chosen career through the medical check up results laborers go abroad did from January 2006 to December 2,008. Conclusion Exit-Entry Inspection Quarantine Bureau and overseas labor organizations should strengthen the guidance on career choice for the laborers go abroad who have color vision defects,and propose scientific suggestions to avoid errors of understanding.
